Confession of Woman about 2nd Marriage

I am a 30-year-old working woman from a small town. During my college days, I liked a man, and he liked me too. However, due to a caste difference and the fact that we were very young, the guy was not ready for marriage. I ended up having an arranged marriage.

Just a month after our marriage, I discovered that my husband had been sexting, and his addiction didn’t stop. Eventually, we got divorced. After that, I reconnected with my college crush, and we started developing feelings for each other again.

In between, he left me for a few months, but because I loved him, I kept waiting for him, and we got back together. Years passed, and we got “rokafied” (engaged), but due to some misunderstandings, our engagement was broken off. My parents then arranged another marriage for me, and within two weeks, I was married again.

My ex also moved on, found a new girlfriend, and is planning to marry her. (I’m not in contact with him, but I learned this information from a mutual friend.)

Now, my current husband is very difficult. He constantly asks me to leave the house whenever I ask for something that doesn’t align with his wishes. He got me pregnant without my consent, and during this time, I discovered that he was talking to many other women and asking them for sex.

I miscarried due to all the stress, and I shared everything with my family. They understand that what’s happening is wrong, but due to societal pressure, they still want me to continue in the marriage and even told me to “die.”

Now, I have given him another chance, but I am emotionally damaged by everything that has happened.
